Taking place over the course of one day, Peter Martin (DEREK TIDD), an elderly man, wakes up in his living room only to discover that his wife, Dorothy, is missing. While trying to make sense of the strange events in his house, his daughter Carol (ANITA SCHMOLL) and her husband Philip (FRED SCHMOLL) show up at his door. Peter is flabbergasted when Carol informs him that he needs to check into a long-term care facility; Peter has Alzheimer’s disease. Black Noise is a film about the inevitable deterioration of life and its toll on the ones closest to us.
