Bernie and Todd looked around one day and realized their lives were crap. So they came up with a plan. The two dimwitted stoners, who always had an interest in film, would shoot a documentary about people that died while taking selfies. They would enter it in a much hyped film festival, win the grand prize and become famous filmmakers. They had no idea what they were getting into. From death threats to beatings, from broken hearts to broken fingers, the two likeable losers would soon discover that imagining was not quite the same as doing. Their little idea for a short film, while clever and cute, was not quite “fool” proof.
